These clips from the 1940 movie “The Great McGinty” show an entertaining view of old school election rigging. Back then, it was slow, labor intensive and required close cooperation among many participants. Elections have come a long way since then, as you will see in the videos below. Now, rigging elections is centrally controlled, requires relatively few participants and can be totally automated on a massive scale.
